Newly constructed with mini-split AC units, lots of windows, new appliances and furnishings, you'll be in heaven!

Good to know

It's upstairs over a 2-car garage. Bright and airy, there are six large, west-facing windows for beautiful sunsets over the park. There's a large great room with a sectional, a reading chair and light with a 4 chair round table, eat-in kitchen adjacent. The kitchen is fully stocked, with a Keurig, toaster, microwave, induction cooktop with 4 eyes, can opener, full-size fridge/freezer with filtered water ice-maker, toaster oven atop the fridge if you'd like to bake cookies, cinnamon rolls, etc. Bedroom: The new queen bed has memory foam, there are bedside tables with lamps, outlets, and phone stands, chest of drawers, small, short closet for shirts, pants, jackets. (It is NOT full-length, but under the sloped roof.) A reading chair and suitcase stand is also in the bedroom. Bath: There is a walk-in shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel if you don't bring your own. Note: there are no natural or LP gas connections in the building, therefore, no CO detectors.

Other Details to Note

The garage has a 10-foot ceiling, so there are quite a few steps to get to the apartment!

Everything upstairs in the apartment is usable. There's a locked closet in the bath for owner cleaning supplies and the hot water heater. If you have golf clubs or other items you'd like to leave in the garage, it stays locked and you'll have shared access to it.
