Noise: Please respect quiet hours from 10pm–8am to keep the peace in our neighborhood.
No Parties: This is a space for relaxing and recharging—not large gatherings or events.
Smoking: No smoking indoors. You’re welcome to smoke outside—just use the ashtrays provided. Smoke can not enter the house.
Pets: Pets are welcome at select properties with approval and a small pet fee. Please clean up after them.
Damage: Please treat the home as if it were your own. We understand accidents happen—just let us know so we can make it right.
Cleanliness: We’ll take care of cleaning, but excessive mess may incur an additional fee.
Chargebacks: Any attempt to charge back stay will result in a $1,000 fee.

Stayed for a week while recovering from surgery. Enjoyed my stay was close to everything and easy to have food delivered. Pictures matched my stay. I would definitely stay again
